Developers get the tools needed. No problem getting hardware, software, or training.
Insane amounts of process and red tape to get anything done.
Complete lack of any usable documentation for anything.
No matter how great you think your vision is, if this many users are this pissed off at what you're doing, you are hurting the business.
It seems like we've alienated a huge segment of our loyal customer base, and the financial results are not proving that this has been the right approach to take.
