Great company if you want to work on tough technical problems; it comes with tough politics, too
Technical challenges are great and can only be found in half a dozen companies. There are lots of tough problems to work on, from infrastructure to fraud technologies to optimization and AI.
The sheer amount of politics just to get a project booked is comparable to budget negotiation up in Sacramento. There are too many politicians and not that many good engineers. Lots of MBAs, and none of them are PMs. Lots of clueless PMs.
Resign, and a management team that is not like you... your options might be worth something.
