Process
Had a very nice 45 minutes talk with the recruiter. We talked about my previous experience, my skills, and my goals in a career. From the other side, we discussed the project, the position, and the company.
Ultimately, however, it was a waste of time because the position apparently required open source experience. This supposedly means that you have a unique set of skills that you couldn't have acquired otherwise. In my opinion, it's a rather silly filter to have.
