Process

I can't even begin to put into words how incredible the interview process was. Although lengthy with 5 rounds, the recruiter made sure you were prepared for each round and went into it knowing what to expect, how best to prepare, etc.

Each step, you can really tell that the people care about the work they're doing, but also one another.

  • First round with recruiter
  • Second with hiring manager to see a culture fit and how you handle responsibilities
  • Third round technical interview extending some basic functionality of an existing page (React focused in this role)
  • Fourth round technical project overview describing something you've worked on professionally and the decisions you made
  • Finally, a skip-level interview with another manager talking more about culture, ownership, etc.

My number one piece of advice: Just be yourself and genuine. They care about people, not hiring a robot who can regurgitate nonsense.
