An amazing company drowning in WOKE culture

I would say it's the perfect company to work on if it wasn't for the BIG con: WOKEISM.
The company puts a lot of effort into the WOKE culture, which is very bad for society. This apparent promotion of cultural values hides a purpose trying to victimize people just because of their condition. I don't really know why Elastic makes such big efforts to promote this evil agenda, and that's why it concerns me as a current employee, having been here for more than 5 years.
Management is amazing; I wouldn't change anything.
