Senior Solutions Architect
After I applied, someone at Elastic reached out to me about a week later. The process went like this for me: * Recruiter Screen (30 minutes) * Hiring Manager interview (45 minutes) * Technical Deep Dive (90 minutes) * Mock Presentation (60 minutes)

Recruiter screen call, 30 minutes. It explains a little about the role at a high level, asks a few questions about your background, and gets rough salary expectations. Followed by a hiring manager interview. Manager interview was a poor experience.
