Many badly supported or abandoned parts of the stack. Mediocre quality software in general. Huge gap between always-shifting company focus and customer's expectations. Low wages depending on location. Awful managers, lots of politics and favoritism, especially towards US employees. Lots of employees looking for another job or quietly quitting. Total lack of transparency. Cult-like atmosphere. Constant talk about diversity, inclusion. Just talk, no walk.
