Not bad overall, but SMB is the red-headed stepchild
Shut down days are great.
SMB is the only org that requires in-office attendance; all other orgs are remote. As a company that markets itself as a distributed company, I think it will struggle to retain talent in SMB, especially SA's who really have no need to be in office.
Many managers have no management experience.
