It all depends on the people you work with
- Great product.
- Many nice colleagues.
- Good culture.
- Frequent F2F team meetings.
Some managers are simply not good for a company; get rid of them.
It used to be a 5-star company, but not anymore.
Culture suffers a lot from the above-mentioned people.
Get rid of narcissistic and egoistic managers. They do not create an open, energetic, and happy environment where people would love to work. You can get that feeling back, but act.
