Best company I have ever worked for
- Working with talented people makes a nice change.
- Great flexibility between work and play.
- Very executive team who strive to make the company the best it can be.
The balance between open source and making money is a tough line to walk, but Elastic does it pretty well!
There are some growth pains, but that is expected with such a company. If you need a highly structured environment to work in, this might not be your place.
Not much, just keep things the way they are!
