Elastic is still growing a lot in the markets it’s penetrating.
There’s a good amount of complexity in learning the product inside and out. Being a platform technology makes it difficult to master all domains of Elastic. It also makes it challenging being the best in all product categories we sell.
Continue to back up your people and focus on the product. You're doing a great job!

Initial screening call with recruiter and hiring manager interview. This is followed by a technical interview and a final presentation. Recruiter kept me up to date and provided timely feedback.
