The interview was a group interview with two technical members and one manager. The manager was very professional and asked pointed questions about my experience. I really disliked the technical staff interviewing me. They were more interested in putting me down and showing off how smart they were. The questions weren't hard, but every time I provided an answer, they retorted back with smart-ass comments and gotcha-type responses. In behaving this way, they completely missed providing a good picture of what the role would entail. There was no offer made, but if these were the people I had to work with, I would have really disliked being on their team.
