Process
Fast and efficient interview. No complications arose during that time, and everything went as planned. The HR called me twice to remind me about the interview.

Electronic Arts: It's not that bad
QA Analyst • Current Employee
Redwood City, California, United States
August 15, 2012
Pros: It's one of the biggest videogame companies in the world. The work is very challenging, combining the best and worst of a corporation and a tech company. Having fun is just as important as doing top-notch work. Not Zynga?
Cons: Was voted Worse Company in America.
There's not a lot of new IP from the company, so you'll be working on the same franchise for years. Though if you're really into job security, that could be a good thing.
Too much emphasis on mobile/FB games. Throwing good money at lousy PR/Marketing strategies instead of taking some of that money and developing in-house talents.
