Process
After I sent my application online, it took maybe a day before they called me to do a phone interview. This interview was just to see if I had at least a high-school diploma, no criminal record, and any interest in video games. After the phone interview, I was invited to come in for a group interview. There, they explained the position and rules, then went on to do my training.
