It takes a very long time to get a promotion. It pays very low. If you rent out an apartment in the area, it would be very difficult to survive with only that salary. If you want to work from the office, it is currently impossible.
Make use of single-case scenarios where if an employee shows motivation, desire, and active development more than others, they could get a promotion more quickly.
