Very quick, easy, and well communicated. The process took less than a week. Everyone was friendly. It was almost entirely through e-mail, except for the Zoom interview. I felt as though communication was always open despite this.

Full-Time Does Not Pay Enough To Live

Pros: Entry-level job, pretty easy to get in. The organization is well-structured, there are possibilities for promotion. The leadership was helpful and competent.
Cons: The salary is barely enough to make rent and food. You cannot have ANY personal expenses as a full-time worker.
Promotions are given based on time spent with the company and not performance.
The environment is very toxic among testers. Every issue I had was solved by my team leaders very quickly, but nothing is done to change this environment.
