Process

First, you get called to a test where you have to submit a bug with your own words. No need to get technical; they only test your English and if you can actually spot some bugs. It's pretty easy.

After that, you get called to an actual interview with the Training Lead (a really nice person, by the way) where you are asked some basic questions:

  • Why do you want to work here?
  • Where did you apply?
  • Did someone recommend you this job?
  • What do you know about the company?
  • Favorite game (it doesn't have to be EA's)?

Following this second interview, you get a call from HR asking you when you can start (if the Training Lead didn't ask you this already), and that's it. With basic English knowledge, anyone can work at EA.

Questions

Why do you want to work here?

Did someone recommend this job to you?

What do you know about the company?

Favorite game (it doesn't have to be EA's).
