Pros: EA is a large company with many resources, both knowledge sharing and HR support. It has a competitive salary, as well as many employee benefits. The campus is nice!
Cons: EA is focused on pushing out games a little too quickly and meeting deadlines of the executives, which can sometimes affect the quality of the games, leading to features that have to be cut.

Pros: Not too busy. Can guarantee WLB. Can WFH one day a week. Salary is OK in China, considering the overall bad environment.
Cons: Manager is good at PUA. Not much chance for promotion. Manager will repeatedly ask you to compare yourself to others and find out somewhere you are not satisfied, or something you are not doing well. One-on-one meetings are full of blame and things like that; it's very painful. Then he will tell you that you may not get a promotion for a long time according to your bad performance. Also, he might cut your bonus.
