Got an email from a recruiter that they have this job opportunity if you are interested. Then they scheduled my interview after a week, so there was a lot of time for preparation. It was a phone interview and we had to code online. The interviewer was pretty helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pros: I think Electronic Arts pays comparatively well to other game companies in the industry.
Cons: Electronic Arts is a very large company, and it is certainly possible to get lost in the crowd. Although I think conditions vary a lot from team to team. I know lots of people who have burned out from working the long hours and crunching. Although crunching is pretty common in the games industry, so I feel like you'll see that anywhere.
