- A good place to start your career.
- Annual Christmas shutdown.
- Managers always say that they cannot do anything to help.
- The salaries are way below what other companies from the same domain offer.
- Very limited career advancement opportunities.
- Some promotion criteria are just ridiculous.
- Initiatives are often stopped due to useless bureaucracy.
Maybe struggle a bit more for your people rather than assuring comfort to the upper leadership. Otherwise, the real talented and hard-working people will just continue to leave this company.
