Pros
  • Lots of talent in the teams; you will learn a lot.
  • Great facilities: a nice gym, an outdoor soccer field, and a beach volleyball court.
  • Fun environment with fun people to work with.
Cons
  • Long hours; overtimes are expected every time a significant milestone approaches.
  • High pressure and strict deadlines.
  • Not enough communication between different areas of development.
  • Sometimes, uncareful project planning leads to unexpected workloads, which adds to stress.
Advice to Management

Make sure that teams are not implementing unnoticeable features into games.

Some features requested by producers are over-complicated and do not improve the overall experience/feel of the game.

Employees are the company's most valuable assets, and work-life balance is important to everyone. Please respect that.
