Good work environment for a software engineer who loves video games and who does not have too much ambition
Employees are treated fairly well with food and beer.
Job security is pretty good even if you are not that passionate about your job.

- Ordinary co-workers
- Bloated and outdated in-house technology that is not well documented
Not really management's fault. Just not a place to be if you want to be at the top of the crop, in my humble opinion.
