Perfect place to work, with a nice work/life balance.
Unstable projects and contracts. Unfortunately, not a place to stay for a long period of time.
Try to keep talent.
Applied online and received a phone call about 10 days later from a very friendly, assertive, and to-the-point recruiter. An interview via Skype was scheduled for the next day.
A first screening with the recruiter to talk about the position. An interview with the software engineering lead, and then three more rounds of interviews. One of them was "culture add" and then two technical interviews, which were pretty similar.
The interview was pretty easy, as they asked basic machine learning questions. I wasn't convinced the interviewers were knowledgeable in the area, and I do not think EA might be the best place to grow as an ML engineer. The overall feedback was vague
