Lots of middle managers, lifers, not the best of the best. Lots of internal politics. Not an engineering culture.
Remove an entire level of middle management. Value engineering more.

1st round: Standard 15-minute HR basic questions on background. 2nd round: HM talk about resume deep dive and introduce the team. 3rd round: Take-home assessment on microservices. 4th round was supposed to be technical, but I didn't make it there.
