Super talented and hardworking colleagues. The sense of teamwork and collective advancement is very strong.
Long hours without reasonable compensation. I was hired as a junior engineer and was given tasks I was not yet qualified to do, and I wasn't receiving any proper training.
Put the effort into training junior engineers and facilitate their connection to more experienced people. Also, try to hire more staff for teams that are under a lot of pressure.
