Great work environment, poor wages
- Working with great colleagues.
- Working on fun titles.
- Very professional compared to other localization companies/publishers.
- Lots of learning opportunities.
- Low salaries compared to the rest of the software industry.
- Hardly any career opportunities (unless someone leaves).
- Introduce a career system in the LT department. Currently, people are stuck in the same positions for years, so it would be great to have a structure for automatic promotions after a set amount of time (for good performers, obviously).
