Always great colleagues. Fun and interesting work tasks (perhaps dependent on your project.) I genuinely looked forward to every workday.
Poor job security, as most people are only given 2-3 month rolling contracts.
They're losing a lot of talent and experience because they don't want to give most testers a permanent contract.
