The work environment is good.
Repeating tasks makes the job boring.
Starting with a phone screening with HR, followed by an interview with the technical director. Then a technical interview with team members and a behavioral interview with a producer and a project manager.
The interview process was good, as it was the basic one – not too complicated, but not too easy either. I was asked about the technicalities of the job done so far. So, basically, the work done in the past mattered.
- Phone call: about university, soft skills, programming languages. - Technical interview: questions about JS (=== vs ==, etc.), .NET (MVC), and Angular. - Manager interview: team situations interview, teamwork stuff.
