Amazing work environment. Respect is shown to all levels of employees, no matter their job, even lowly quality assurance playtesters.
Honestly, I can't think of much that I would say is a con. I guess if I had to list something, it would be that the hourly wage for playtesters was a little on the low side at $12.50/hour.
