Decent pay with great people to work with, but the cons far outweigh the pros.
Having limited (3) 1-year contracts removes any motivation to build a real, well-functioning company. The team is constantly looking for replacements and shafting anyone who is not in a management role.
Get rid of Pro Unlimited temp contracting services and hire your own employees for permanent positions.
Seriously, you're losing so much talent of people that would otherwise have major dedication to the company.
After the first contract ends, speaking from personal experience, you lose all motivation to the upkeep of the product and instead plan your time to prepare for after your three terms are up. I refuse to come back to work my final contract term because of this feeling of hopelessness while working there.
