You get to play with newest hardware in consoles and PCs.
Easy to get the QA tester job.
Low salary, entry level. Not many possibilities of advancing. Even as QA lead, pay is low. No negotiation of benefits package. No access to internet.
Keep employees informed and motivated.
They are treated like worker bees, drones that should have no initiative, which can kill morale.

Very quick, easy, and well communicated. The process took less than a week. Everyone was friendly. It was almost entirely through e-mail, except for the Zoom interview. I felt as though communication was always open despite this.
