Can't afford rent on their QAs salaries. Company wants quantity, not quality, at low cost. Typical outsourcing gimmicks

Pros
  • Nice colleagues
  • Potential to learn by yourself.
Cons
  • Bad management.
  • Very low salaries for QA, but it's the norm in Romania. They do it because they can get away with it, as testers have no protection (union or similar).
  • The company does not invest in its QA's path. Basically, they're treated as monkeys in a zoo. DevQAs have a better EA experience as far as equipment and chances to learn go.
