Low pay, no growth, and poorly hidden politics
Good workspace and infrastructure.
No overtime or optional/less weekend work.
Most people are friendly and calm.
Good place for gamers.
Highly manipulative management – expect to be treated as a resource.
Unfair evaluation and zero appreciation – I am still depressed because of this. I have pros and cons; I am human after all.
Politics – Like in school or college where a teacher picks his/her favorite, expect the same here. It's becoming a family and friends' business too!
Value employees, their time, effort, and passion. Be a leader, a mentor, but don't be a spectator.
