As a fresher, you can learn a lot. You can get hands-on with all the latest mobile devices and Xbox. Great colleges and one can learn a lot.
Hikes are very low.
Management shows partiality.
It takes more than 5-7 years to get permanent. Till then, there's no improvement in salary.
