We get random paid days off. The company atmosphere is very casual. We have benefits.
Particular Office struggled with training remotely.
Some managers are not good communicators, and it causes a domino effect of misinformation being spread and overall dysfunction that seems easy to fix.
Find a way to make all QA managers know how to properly lead their team. They all seem capable of the job, but some seem to lack the interpersonal skills to properly communicate with testers and their fellow managers.
