Overall friendly environment. The required tasks are manageable and enjoyable. It's an easy job to keep as a student during university.
Small pay. Some managers are awful people. If you end up on the project Apex Legends, there are not many opportunities to get a promotion or peace of mind.
Improve the quality of life for your employees and let them change teams if the current team or project doesn't suit them or negatively impacts their lives.
