Good work culture, Nice office, Healthy team and managers, Good benefits and perks, but can be improved.
Salaries are still not competitive as per the market; the median is still in the middle of the averaged market. This is a major con, almost 20% less than top-paying companies.
I've seen micromanagement issues from senior management, which started since COVID.
There's no growth in your role or any promotions, no matter what you do.
Things get busy at times.
Adjust salaries and ask senior management to micromanage engineers less, so they can focus on real work.
