- Decisions are driven from US offices only.
- Less onsite travel opportunities.
We need to decentralize some of the power to India leadership that understands and will focus on APAC markets.

Software Engineer Co-Op
The first round was a phone call screening with a recruiter. After I passed that, she forwarded my resume to some teams who she thought would be interested. A week or so later, I got word back that a team would like to have me in for an interview.
Front End Developer
