- Hike, promotions, and growth are limited.
- Contractors will become internal employees only after spending 5-7 years in the company.
Please put some probation period for contract employees and make them permanent EA employees after an year or so, at least.
Free hand is given to employees to show off their achievements for promotions and hikes.
Please provide a little bit more allowances for 3-12 afternoon shift employees and 5-3 night shift employees.
Please make afternoon and night basic food free of cost. It is now disconnected, but the price is the same as outside stalls.
