Getting out of this company was probably the best decision I made.

Moving up can be possible, but way too much of a "buddy-buddy" system is going on. The higher you move up, the more "friends" you have.
Testers are still viewed as replaceable. The more they treat them like that, the higher the turnover will be.
Developers hardly listen to ideas/advice from testers. Some stupid ideas made by a few idiots have cost the jobs of the entire development team.
