- High Budget Projects: It's an awesome experience to be part of AAA development.
- Great stepping stone for someone entering the Game Industry.
- Mad OT
- Company politics, more than the norm
- Ratio for project manager to worker bee is almost laughable.
- Easy for people to not pull their weight, since teams are larger.
Take care of talent and make sure they're happy and not burnt out.
