Pros

Fair compensation, bonuses, and stock incentives. Interesting technologies to work with. Some very cool projects to work on. Lots of great talent and great people to work with. Good benefits, including an employee stock purchase program.

Cons

Frequent changes in direction, one of the downsides of working for a publicly traded publisher.

Upper management still has the habit of chasing competitors.

Advice to Management

Pick a direction and stick with it to completion.

Focus more on fostering innovation than chasing the competition.
