Applied through a job portal in November. Didn't get any response for a couple of months. Reached out to one of the recruiters on LinkedIn and finally got a telephonic interview scheduled. Didn't get any feedback on the interview for a couple of days

Phone call, followed by a home assignment that took a good 10-15 hours to complete, followed by a ~2-hour in-person interview. Only after that, I was asked about my salary expectations and was told it's out of their range.

Got an HR interview one day after application. They asked me if I could do the interview ASAP. Scheduled an H&M interview one day later. After introductions, I was asked the question: "Why us?" The hiring manager was quite arrogant and not happy
