• Location right next to Shopping Mall (Inorbit)

• Very poor work-life balance (You're expected to work 9 am - 11 pm no matter what).
• The Hyderabad office is not a software development house (not a studio), so do not expect to learn. They do monitoring, testing, and buy software services from third-party vendors.
• Do not expect managers to know all technical details (EA mostly hires managers from non-CS backgrounds). That's why it is rather easy to get a job at EA.
• Salary growth is like peanuts.
• Layoffs throughout the year with little to no job security. Google "EA Layoff" to confirm.
• It's very funny when an employee joins; EA starts telling them they value employees, but employees realize this very soon.
• EA does not provide a holiday on Diwali (I can validate for 2018).
• Incompetent management who are more concerned about covering their own reputation with their superiors than actual leadership.
• Funny, but true: Many departments force employees to use free software. EA cannot afford many industry-standard software.
