Very nice culture. Awesome office. Lots of departments to join and learn. Fixed work timings.
Working as a contractor is bad. No comp offs. It is compulsory to work on weekends if required. Salary is also not so great. Additional benefits are only for employees under EA.
Find out talents and work out ways so that they want to stay. Don't treat contractors as sacrificial goats.
