Onboarding procedures for new employees are not so great. Maybe it is different in each team.
The first round was a phone call screening with a recruiter. After I passed that, she forwarded my resume to some teams who she thought would be interested. A week or so later, I got word back that a team would like to have me in for an interview.
Had an interview with 4 different rounds. First round was HR. Then a tech round with the managers, and then 2 panel rounds. It was a bitter ending; I did not get an offer.
