I had a very positive interview with roughly a dozen people after phone screens and an online technical test that was timed. It was definitely the best interview experience I've ever had, even though I don't think I did a very good job personally.

Many-tiered process involving interview after interview with recruiters, managers, team members... stick with it. EA discards applicants without the tenacity to stay engaged and proactive in their hiring process.
