Fun at work, good atmosphere, flexible timings.
Christmas vacation.
Sudden firing campaigns across teams, especially for contractors. Really bad HR policies/personnel (especially India). Poor compensation and appreciation if you are a non-studio employee. Expected to work during off-business hours. No onsite opportunities. Mammothly big middle management. IT team is always short of budget, expected to perform and save on costs. Poor onboarding for new joiners.

Software Engineer
Had an interview with 4 different rounds. First round was HR. Then a tech round with the managers, and then 2 panel rounds. It was a bitter ending; I did not get an offer.
