We get to work in the gaming industry. That in itself is a benefit. Everyone here is passionate about what they do. We get good benefits: a good facility and an indoor gym. The pay is good, relatively to other companies around the area. You get to work with a bunch of smart people who know what they're doing, and they work hard to achieve their goals.
The work can be stressful, and we get layoffs often.
Work-life balance is important.
