Good place to work. Enough time to get up to speed. Amazing people, always smiley. People help you to avoid panicking. Generally understanding, and they help unblock you with all their power. Rich, you get good equipment if remote, and a nice workspace as well. Good work-life balance.
If you don't get a manager who is capable of leveling up their team, you'll face a very hard time progressing through your career. You have to be very careful and laser-focused on promoting if you are up to it.
You have to react faster to the inflation and the talent bleeding; otherwise, this will harm you in the short to medium term.
